Prescriptions

If you are on regular medication you will be issued with a computer slip giving details of your drugs. When you require a repeat prescription please use the computer re-order form, tick the items required and leave it at reception. We are also happy to receive your request online, by post, fax, or by providing us with a written request.

To ensure accuracy and alleviate telephone congestion we regret that we are unable to accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions. Prescriptions will be ready for collection after two working days or they can be forwarded to a local chemist for collection after two working days. Details of the chemist collection systems are available from our receptionists. If you cannot come to the surgery please send your request to the surgery enclosing a stamped addressed envelope if you wish the prescription to be returned to you.

PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION DURING YOUR CONSULTATION.
