Obtain a Repeat Prescription

Depending on your circumstances please choose the desired action:

1) You have never requested a repeat prescription and require to create an account - click here

3) Your circumstances have changed and you would like to edit your personal details - click here

Please allow 48 hours, not counting weekends or public holidays for your prescription to be processed. When ordering repeat medication we would prefer if you completed the tear off order form from your previous prescription and post it or hand it into the surgery. If you wish your prescription be posted please provide a stamped addressed envelope and advise the staff when you order your prescription that you wish it to be posted. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for postal requests as we have no control over the postal service. To order a repeat prescription by telephone - phone 642814 - this is an answering machine. You will be asked to leave your name, address, date of birth and name and strength of your medication; have your medication to hand and read the name of the medicine off the label, this helps to avoid both delays and mistakes. We will only phone prescriptions to a pharmacy in cases of extreme urgency. We will endeavour to process urgent prescriptions on the same day as they are requested if deemed appropriate.

From time to time, you may be invited to attend the surgery for a review of your repeat medication. You will be informed about this when you pick up your repeat prescription.
